Due to health protection and hygienic purposes, all products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
POLICY SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped out 1-3 business days after placing the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered after being shipped out. If you provide us with an incorrect address you will need to contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order to let us know otherwise you are responsible to pay for additional shipping if your order gets returned to the sender. If you have any issues with your products please bring it to our attention within the first 7 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to fix the issue for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE / LOST/ STOLEN ORDERS
Once orders are shipped Luvly Within, LLC is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped or delivered. Please direct any questions or concerns to USPS customer service.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@luvlywithin.com. Who will request evidence of the defective or damaged product with the proof of the purchase confirmation (proof of purchase /invoice /receipt).You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If an item gets rejected by the owner, the customer may ask for a request to be sent back to them. However, customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping cost.
