APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Please note the following guidelines for your appointment:
- No additional guests are permitted during your appointment.
- Please ensure that your cellphone is on silent mode. Prior to your appointment, please communicate with your loved ones that you will be unable to use your phone for 2-3 hours while your eyes are closed.
- Refrain from consuming any caffeinated drinks before your appointment as they can cause eye twitching, making it difficult to work with.
- Book your fills in advance; fills are required every 2-3 weeks and we cannot service fills past 3 weeks. Additionally, all fills must have at least 40%-50% of your lash extensions attached to your natural lash. If less, a lash removal and a full new set will be performed.
- Please be punctual as there may be appointments scheduled after yours. Arriving on time is crucial to completing your lash set within the allotted time.
- Plan for a service time of 2-3 hours depending on your natural lashes and desired style.
- A $15 fee will be added to your service if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment. If you are 16+ minutes late, your appointment will need to be cancelled. In this case, you will have to reschedule your appointment and pay the full price of the service for that day. Additionally, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment.
BEFORE APPOINTMENT
To prepare for your appointment, kindly take note of the following:
- We recommend using the restroom before your scheduled appointment.
- Please remove your contact lenses before your appointment.
- Avoid using any oil-based moisturizers around the eye area at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
- Ensure that your lashes are completely clean before coming in for your appointment, with no makeup on your face, around your eyes or on your lashes.
- Take a shower before your service as you won’t be able to wet your lashes for the next 24 hours. This will help your lashes cure properly.
AFTER CARE
Instructions for after-care of eyelash extensions:
- To avoid damaging your lashes, do not sleep on your face and resist the urge to pick, twist, or pull them.
- Taking good care of your lashes is important, so please make sure to gently brush and wash them daily. If you have oily skin, it is recommended to wash your lashes twice a day.
- To allow your lashes to properly cure, do not wet them for 24 hours after your appointment.
- To maintain the longevity of your lashes, keep them away from mascaras and all oil-based products, such as makeup wipes, eye creams, and face wash.
- Close contact with heat sources, like ovens, grills, blow dryers, smoke, and sauna, may cause damage to your eyelash extensions, so avoid it whenever possible.
- If you experience any issues with your lashes, please notify me within the first 24-48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please note our cancellation policies:
- Deposits are non-refundable. This policy applies in all cases, without exceptions.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be ineligible to book future appointments and will be charged the full price of the missed service.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you choose to reschedule for a different day, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment.
